This WeakAura alerts you when you've entered combat with fishing gear equipped. It also alerts you if you are about to summon a fishing enemy.
The import only had support for one fishing pole. I added support for all available fishing poles, hats, and boots and edited the alert. I did not edit the encounter alert.
