If you are in a group/raid, and you have no Focus Magic active on someone else, then this aura will pop up to remind you. It will glow in combat if you still have no Focus Magic active. It will also pop up to remind you when there's 5 minutes remaining, with text of your current target to remind you who to recast it on.
