Changes from Shadowlands pack - With the sheer amount of abilities that will be available come Dragonflight, the pack has moved to a "only show utility that is ON cooldown" to try and make the pack less bloated - at which point the abilities will show up in grey with a timer

WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?:
- Main bar - show rotational abilities & combo points in the bis square style
- Under main bar - Utility
- Left - Procs and rotational buffs
- Right - Affinity abilities
Energy bar colours:
- Red = you're capped (or about to be capped) on ernergy
- Blue = OoC proc
- White = Stealth/meld
- Yellow = nothing interesting going on atm
