This is a dynamic bar that compliments Fort's Warrior Tracking Bar and Fort's Warrior Dynamic Buff Bar It tracks reactive abilities like Revenge (if you're in defensive stance), Execute (If you're in Battle or Berserker Stance), and it tells you when you can overpower even when you're not in Battle Stance. This is a very useful visual notification system for when you are in the heat of battle and can't pay attention to your action bars.
