Simple, lightweight rotation helper.

Icons pop up on screen alerting you to use skills.
Functionality for Frostscythe(poorly)/Glacial Advance included. Obliteration while active will force Obliterate/FS spam over everything else.
Alerts for Obliteration spam/Rime proc usage while breathing, and basic rotation while not breathing, coded for both Horn of winter or Freezing fog
Breath of Sindragosa does not have a pop up icon, due to the nature of the skill, but instead will tell you when to be using Runes/Obliterate while breathing. And of course, Don't start breathing without sufficient RP :)
I happily take any input, as I'm always tweaking.
