It's a 3 part setup.
It will track the razor coral debuff and stacks when applied to a target then track the buff instead when activated. It will also prioritize if the trinket is ready to use and no debuff applied when in combat with a glow even if you have the buff. This aura will only show if you have trinket equipped.
Update, added a timer under the icon that tracks the 20 second trinket cooldown if the Ashvane's Razor Coral is equipped.
Update, the aura should now work with all versions of the trinket in any slot, track correctly under all conditions and in general alot cleaner.
