A single icon weakaura for tracking garrote debuff duration on the current target. Many of the solutions for tracking snapshot casts of garrote or rupture when using the Improved Garrote and Exsanguinate talents use multiple auras and i wanted to jam it all into one aura so that i have fit it into a dynamic group for tracking debuffs.

Included for checking if:
- Current garrote debuff is empowered by Improved Garrote Talent
- Current garrote debuff is sped up by exsang
- Current garrote debuff is empowered using Sepsis's Improved Garrote
Allows for you to customize the aura to your preference
By default normal garrote is white text, green text if it is talent empowered, blue if its sepsis empowered, and glow for exsang empowered.
Multi-target support
The aura works with multiple garrotes cast within the Improved Garrote buff window, or garrote casts inside of shadow dance.
Also works on multiple garrotes cast using the IC talent.

Using a Progress Bar instead of Icon
simply using the Weakaura's option to convert an aura, and customize the size and look of your progress bars (they will be squares when you convert from icons)
