Generic Pandemic-respecting tracker for debuffs: changes colors based on whether the debuff is present, refreshable in the 30% pandemic window, or absent.
Just set aura_env.aura name in the init actions to be whatever debuff you want, set the load rules you want, and set an icon you want, and you're good to go.
Support for custom coloring as well.
