Shows active glimmers, on friendly and enemy targets.
If Glimmer icon is shown then Daybreak is off cooldown and ready to use.
If Daybreak icon is shown and desaturated then it's on cooldown
If Daybreak buff icon is shown then stacks are displayed for how many times your holy shock will cast extra times.
If stacks are at 6-7 the text is yellow, if stacks are on 8 then text is red.
