A modified Version of an existing Weakaura from Causese. You can set a health border (default 50%). Above this hp-border the actual hp gets said below it gets yelled. You can set a timer (default 4 sec): If the miasma debuff remaining duration is below that timer it announces the word "Change" additional to the actual HP.
