This WA pops up a clickable button to use jumper cables XL if your target player is dead.
In case it is on cooldown it will be grayed out.
When in range it will show a yellow glow and when out of range it will turn to red.
It will notify with an emote and raid message in case the cables worked!
It does not work if the player released.
