Glows players' frames when they whisper you "PI me" (or any other phrase as specified in custom options).
Additional features
• Won't glow frames while your PI is on cooldown.
• Broadcasts your PI cooldown when an encounter or dungeon starts. This will update your cooldown for everyone using the request part of this aura.
• When someone requests your PI while it's on cooldown, the remaining cooldown is sent to them and updated (only for players on the same/connected realm).
• Ability to "opt out" of giving your PI away. This will hide your cooldown/frame for all players using the request aura.
