Automates the switching between ZG shoulders and T2/Offset shoulders

I have set up a trinket automation in itemrack between a bunch of On Use trinkets.

This aura helps me automate the maintaining of the 2-set bonus when Hazza'rah's Charm of Healing is on cooldown.
