This aura announces both your HP% when affected by Gluttonous Miasma, as well as "LASER" when you are targeted by Volatile Ejection.
The benefit of using this aura over two separate ones is that it will prioritize the "LASER" yell when targeted by both. This makes it easier to identify when you should move away from a Miasma target because they have the laser on them.
Obviously make sure that you disable all speech bubbles for Miasma and Ejection in boss mods/other WeakAuras.
