Shows when a Blood Death Knight tank can heal using Death Strike, how much runic power they have, and whether bone shield is active.
How it works:
If the tank cannot self-heal, the icon will desaturate
-if Ossuary is active, under 35 runic power will trigger desaturate
-if Ossuary is not active, under 40 runic power will trigger desaturate
If the tank does not have bone shield up, runic power text will turn red
