You should have OmniCC, otherwise you won't have timers! (You can enable the 1. Text for the most Weak Auras and you'll have timers without OmniCC on your Icons)

The Skin I'm using is Masque: CleanUI - Thin. The Text is mostly sized for the Font "Accidental Presidency", which is quite small, so you may have to change the sizes!
The Bar-Textures are "Armory".
