It's an example HoT Tracker using Renewing Mist and Enveloping Mist but any buff can be tracked, like Renew, Atonement, Reju etc.
It has Monk, Disc, Hpal and Rsham HoTs to track.
If you want to add more stuff just copy the trigger and give its name, then update the custom trigger thing to add your new one. Finally Change the text part in Display. This all can be automatic but I don't have the necessary info to write a script for it.
