Plays an airhorn sound if you are assigned (changeable 'Conditions').
Notes:
- Ignores 1 initial wave (changeable 'Custom Options')
- Orders by position in raid initially, then by (current) cooldown
- Prefers not assigning targeted players (but will if no other imunities are ready)
- Does not assign tanks, dead players, players with imunity on CD
- Assumes basic cooldowns (does not track soul bind/talents), tracks cold snap though.
