Displays following effects:
If a party or raid members HP is <= 30% it will display --> HEAL
else if a party or raid healer MP is <= 20% it will display --> MANA
else if u are Crowd Controlled it will display --> BREAK CC
else if the enemy HP is <= 20% it will display --> EXECUTE
else if you are in a Group and your Tank died it will display --> TAUNT
else it will display --> STATS.
