WA shows what you got after using Inscrutable Quantum Device.
This includes:
- stat buffs
- execute damage
- healing of an ally
- granting of mana
- broking of CC
- illusory decoy (not well tested)
Also WA sends chat message if IQD heals or restores mana to the ally.
