These are totem timers with range indicators for Classic WoW shamans.
The basic functionality of this addon is to show you what totems you have active, how long they will be active for, and if you and your living party members are receiving their buffs. Some totems, such as Tremor Totem and Poison Cleansing Totem, do not have range indicators. This is because these totems do not apply buffs on your party. Other totems, like Searing Totem, also do not have range indicators as this wouldn't make a lot of sense.
When you are out of range of a buffing totem, the totem will appear see-through. When one or more living party members are out of range, the totem icon will appear de-saturated (black-and-white). If both you and one or more living party members are out of range of a buffing totem, the icon will appear both de-saturated and see-through.
Totem timers do not work in WoW Classic without an external totem info API. I use LibTotemInfo and have never had issues with it. You can get LibTotemInfo from here:
