Havoc Toolkit:
Abilities will be red if the player is out of range.
Abilities will be red if the player power required to use said ability is too low.
Active abilities in the DPS rotation will glow when off cool down and above criteria is not met.
Demon's blade will glow when player power is below 40.
Chaos Strike will glow when player power is 40 or above. (Counts for upgraded abilities via Meta as well)
Blade Dance will glow when player power is 15 or more as well as the ability not being on cool down.
P.S. Ability Icons might be a bit large for 1080p monitors since I made it for 1440p as well as me being blind.
