Creates a clickable button to equip and use your Jewelcrafting necklace. It has some built in logic with it, and will equip the necklace with the least amount of charges remaining. It will show you relevant information such as how many charges are left on your necklace, if you have the necklace equipped, and if someone else is already providing the necklace buff in your party.
1) Left click to equip.
2) Left click to use.
3) Right click to re-equip your normal necklace (after the 30m buff expires).
Works for Braided Eternium Chain, Chain of the Twilight Owl, and Eye of the Night.
Note that you need to make the necklace soulbound first for the LClick to equip to work.

The 6 Wago code alerts for "getglobal()" are needed to get the number of charges from the necklace's item tooltip and are not being used maliciously. This is the commonly accepted way to get tooltip information from an item.
