This is a lightweight raid-frame Weakaura for healers for the Kael'Thas fight. It will load only in this fight.
Applies a thin green border around a player's raid frame when the player has the beneficial buff "Infernal Protection". This buff is applied by casting a direct heal on a player, after the healer has picked up and equipped the Cosmic Infuser weapon. The buff lasts for 30 seconds and will prevent significant Fire and Shadow damage during the encounter. The buff should be applied to all 25 players at all times until the end of the encounter.
The purpose of the Weakaura is to easily identify which players have the buff, so that healers can then apply a buff to those who DON'T.
