Basic brew charges, ISB duration, energy, and stagger tracking for brewmaster monk.
The ISB icon turns red when ISB duration exceeds 14 seconds (another use would go beyond cap).
The ISB icon glows when ISB duration is 4 seconds or less (renew).
The color changes on the stagger bar can be found and easily changed in Stagger Bar --> Conditions.
Bars are negative color (black unless active) to satisfy my OCD.
