This adds two bars to the Enhancement Legendaries collection for Feral Spirit cooldowns.
The blue bar is shown if Feral Spirit's cooldown is actively reduced by Spiritual Journey (you are in Ghost Wolf form).
The purple bar is shown if Feral Spirit's cooldown is going by its normal duration.
This is a collection of 2 auras:
