Whenever someone is detected looking for an enchanter in any chat, whis WA:
1. plays a sound
2. shows an icon on screen
3. flashes the wow client icon in your taskbar (if alt-tabbed)
4. pastes a message in chat, containing the name and the message of the person looking for an enchant.
This weakaura loads only in Main Capital Cities.
