It is a weakaura triggered by YOUR focus target and being in combat with lihuvim. Depending on your class you will need to swap freezing trap for entangling roots etc. If you do not select a focus target it won't remind you.
Also keep in mind, the placeholders in the bays are different than the one actually spawned, so you have to focus the guy as you put your initial CC on. It serves as a decent tracker/reminder after that.
