Custom Order heal tracker for Loatheb

Add Healers in the order they are healing in Custom Options

If the 'Whisper' setting is checked it will whisper the next player that is Connected and Alive and does not have the Debuff. The whisper logic is smart so if you are last or none of the healers after you can heal it will keep looking from the top of the list.
