Loatheb Heal Timer

Loatheb Heal Timer

0 Downloads

Written by Moronone to help Sanguine members coordinate heals on Loetheb. This strategy is based spreading out each healer in the rotation to heal at regular intervals across a 65 second period. A 65 second period accounts for 60 seconds of corrupted mind debuff plus cast time and still leaves some room for error.

In the custom options each healer will configure the number of healers in rotation, and their own place in the rotation. From these settings, this weakaura will calculate the delay for each healers first heal, such that every healer in the rotation is spread out accross a 65 second period.

When the encounter starts, each healer will see a progress bar counting down to when they should heal. The goal is to have the cast finish when the timer hits 0, so if you're casting a 2.5 second spell, start casting when the timer has 2.5 seconds remaining.

There is also a tank view, which displays a timer so that the tank can see when each heal is expected to land.

Debug Commands:

/raid WA_LOATHEB_HEAL_TIMER_ROLL_CALL

Causes each member with this weak aura to post a chat message with their configuration. Good to check and make sure everyone is configured correctly.

/raid WA_LOATHEB_HEAL_TIMER_DEBUG_START

This starts the timer just like when the Loatheb encounter starts.

Good for doing a test run.

/raid WA_LOATHEB_HEAL_TIMER_DEBUG_STOP

This stops the timer just like when the Loatheb encounter stops. Can be used to stop a test run, or to make the timer go away if it kept going past the Loatheb attempt.
