Marks the Arcane Lightning target with a raid marker, leaves a different mark for Arcane Vulnerability, and then removes the mark when Vulnerability falls off.
The marks are per default Skull and X, but can be changed via Custom Options.
Also, players that receive Lightning announce that fact, count down at the end of the Lightning, and players with Vulnerability yell "Stay Away!".
