Edit based on spiteful weakaura from https://wago.io/NPWlnnxt1. Adds a glow to the nameplates of Inspiring mobs and plays a sound. You can customize the glow effect in the Conditions tab.
If you are not running the english client, you have to adjust the name of the buff in the Custom Options tab.
