A small helper for baiting Power Discharges on Curator (Upper Karazhan).
Similar in theme as ones used on Stormwall Blockade in BfA's BoD raid to stack/bait Sea Swells.
First is a red circle with the text "Bait", this shows 3s before Power Discharge is coming in (timer is using BW/LittleWigs/DBM info), though the actual cast can be delayed a little so it'll linger till then. This phase you want to find a good place to drop the lightning field that'll come soon.
Then, the second part is a green circle with the "Move!" text, where a sound plays (Sonar, can be changed/disabled in Actions tab of the "Move" WA) as the 2.5s timer begins, starting on the Power Discharge cast until it lands. When you see/hear this start, the position of the landing has been locked in and won't follow you anymore, you should get to safety before the green circle runs out.
Group is positioned to be centered on screen/character, but if you want to move it around I recommend moving the entire group.
The bait circle might still show up if you're close to evocation, I made it so if it shows before evo it'll go away to not linger during it, but it might start showing earlier sometimes during the cast already (from a previous timer that'd expire midst cast), which won't actually happen (yet). However, right after evo there should always be a cast (which will be warned by the 2nd part/green circle + sound, as that's independent of any timers and only goes off the cast actually happening).
