tldr: Announces outgoing summons, works in a very hacky way
Announces outgoing summons to party/raid chat. The summoning to longer works the same way it did in the olden days and this weak aura relies on sequence of events triggered when summoning as well as reading the cursor tooltip to determine the location/object being clicked (stone/portal).
