Meows at you when it's 5% until Prideful procs, displays amazing text in party chat. Pls use Nameplate Anchor Weakaura listed below with Spiteful (if you want to, recommended though). It will display the name of the Spiteful mobs target, next to their nameplate.

Spiteful part only loads during spiteful week. Prideful is always loaded in any 10+ key.
