Most of the code uses spell ID.
If you have errors, check out the trigger section for a potential trigger by name (I'm running the game in french).
Stagger% display : In the "Stagger" weak aura > Display > Common Text > Custom function > edit the row "if percent > 150 then" with the value you want.
