Monk - Celestial Brew - <Method> Sco Style (Fixed)

1.0.0 - Initial Release - Based on Sco UI Weakaura. Fixed to make it works with all clients (original WA works only with EN client coz it uses the SpellName and not the SpellID)

- On Time Expiring i changed the Precision adding a decimal (u can revert it going in DISPLAY > FORMAT OPTIONS > PRECISION)

1.0.1 - Added Right Yellow Icon (In combat only) when Celestial Brew is READY TO USE

1.0.2 - Added icon to signal when "Rushing Jade Wind" are available for use

1.0.3 - Added icon to signal when "Exploding Keg" are available for use (same position as RJW)
