Plays funny noises when the Evoker legendary is created and adds a link to the player that created it.
Does not play noises during a keystone run or in a boss fight.
If you want to turn off the noises and just get the linked message, uncheck "Play Sound" under the Actions tab.
You can customize the message in Custom Options.
