* Loads only for (any) tank and only in 5 man dungeon during Necrotic weeks
* Shows an icon with the remaining cooldown and tracks number of stacks
* At 26 stacks it starts glowing in a subtle way, plays a sound and writes a text in the party chat so that party members know you'll start kiting
To disable either the chat message, the sound or the glowing anymation, just head to the "Conditions" tab and remove the desired property.
