Adds tracking for Nether Precision as well as Clearcasting stacks.
For Nether Precision tracking, there are two textures at the top to denote stacks as well as a background that informs when Clearcasting will proc Nether Precision.
As Blizzard also removed the Clearcasting stack tracking in the default UI it is somewhat "re-added" here. Slotting into the existing Blizzard UI textures.
Considerations: Since Nether Precision is only procced when Clearcasting is CONSUMED, the buff "Concentration" can actually mess up your flow.
The background texture for the Nether Precision tracking will not appear when Concentration is active; this will let you know at a glance you should double cast Arcane Missiles to proc Nether Precision.
