This weakaura used to anchor textures to people who had a mechanic on them to make you visually aware of where the person is standing. This feature got removed with 7.2 so please do not import this weakaura unless you are just interested in the code.

It covers more or less the same abilities as this one did plus Star Augur Signs. Instead of drawing circles it will announce Raid markers into say chat to make other people visually aware with chat bubbles.
