Reconfiguration Emitter

- Kick Assignment WA. The format for this is:
emitterKicks PlayerA PlayerB PlayerC PlayerD
You can use color codes or omit them. Either works. This assigns people in pairs to cover each kick, automatically skipping anyone that isn't in the raid instance.
