Here is a WeakAura I made for a friend of mine for his Outlaw Rogue.
Feel free to use it, if you like!
It tracks the most important Cooldowns, and shows you to "REROLL!" if you get the wrong Buffs with Roll the Bones.
If your Slice and Dice is not up in Combat you can see the small Icon. While it is up a bar is emptying itself.
Your 3 Damage Cooldowns (Roll the Bones, Adrenaline Rush and Vanish) light up while you are in Combat!
