Custom bar color breakpoints

Depending on gear, people will require different values at which the staggerbar changes color, so i took my time to optimize the custom options a bit so that you can change it to your liking. Adjust the stagger threshold of which you want the bars to change color.

Custom code

The trigger functions are basic status types, but with my latest update i took some time on the math on text display, making it more efficient.
Another change compared to the first release is custom options. there's some extra code because of it, but it shouldn't affect runtime at all.
No "per frame" updates, no FPS issues and the math is correct.

Talents

This weakaura also calculates stagger values relative to talent 5/1: Bob and Weave.
It automaticly checks for it when you make changes to talents.
