This part includes:
Character Portrait:
HP bar with current health / max health (percent health).
RP bar with animated texture when full.
Rune bar that is sorted by cooldown.
Extra utility such as Fallen Crusader tracker and Archive of the Titans tracker.
Pet Portrait and Control Undead timer on the left side of the character portrait (not shown in preview).
Update:
V2 - removed animation on full RP bar as suggested.
