PIP helps you track when a specific person in your party/raid (determined by adding them as your focus target) has activated their major offensive cooldown, and then will alert you if your Power Infusion is off cooldown.

To use, make sure you are in an instance (the WeakAura doesn't activate in the open world), and set your desired Power Infusion target as your Focus target (right-click their unit frame and select 'Set Focus'). When they successfully cast any of their tracked cooldowns, the WeakAura will notify you with a gong noise, and an icon in the middle of your screen.

I recommend using an @focus cast macro so that you automatically cast Power Infusion on your focus target when hitting Power Infusion, and don't need to find their unit frame. I use the following macro, which casts Power Infusion on you focus target, and if you don't currently have a focus target, it will cast on your mouseover target instead.
