Version 1.0 shows two simple bars. When you drop Windfury, you get a 10 second timer. A sound alert will go off if the timer expires without casting another Windfury. When you drop a second Air totem, a second progress bar will apear giving you the status of that totem.
The group will load when you are on a shaman and in a group (and know Windfury spell). To disable it, click "Never" in the Load tab of the group.
