A weakaura for tracking the progress of the Dragonflight talent for balance druids "Primordial Arcanic Pulsar"
Unlike in BFA, this buff's meaningful value is in its tooltip, not it's stack count. This weakaura pokes into the aura data to pull out the full value instead of the 0-4 you see if you look at the buff stacks (which isn't helpful at all).
Starts glowing if you are within a Starfall (>=550) of proccing the buff.
If this legendary power is changes to be different than 600 AP per proc in a future patch, you can modify the aura environment variable under the "Custom Options" tab. You can also tweak the glow threshold under Conditions.
