This WA expands what Luxthos has as part of the Shaman Core package. The string is just for the Primordial wave portion, not the rest of Luxthos's aura.
Additions:
- counter to show how many casts are available (useful when Hourglass of Soul Dust allows for 3 charges).
- Glow takes flame shock into account - suggests Primordial Wave instead of Flame Shock when Primordial Wave is available
- Desaturate and glow when applicable to tie into the rotation
