Currently Arcane Torrent is the only racial ability that plays a noise when it comes off cooldown. If you would like the noise to activate for your racial its as simple as going to the triggers tab on the noise WA. Changing "Arcane Torrent" in the custom trigger to whatever racial you have. Finally in the custom untrigger box it says "GetSpellCooldown(28730)." Simply change those numbers to the spell ID of your racial ability a list of such abilities and their spell ID's can be found here.
